Present Production Capcity
At present our company is having 16 circular knitting machines, which are world's renowned brands. We are making more then 1000 types of different qualities of knitted fabrics. We develop our own fabrics. We make small sample fabric on our circular knitting machine, then we show to our buyers and as per their requirement, we make bulk materials. Our present production capacity is nearly 25 Mt pre month. We sell our fabrics in local as well as export markets. Our fabric is mainly used for manufacturing of knitted outer garments and under garments. Our local buyers are reputed in their field and having very good brand names. Reputed local brand owners like, Oxygen, Tomato, Black Panther, Black Belt, Komal, Sweet Dreams, Calibra, Ranjit, Jasnit, Karan are using our fabrics. Our export buyers are from U.K., Kuwait and South Africa. They are mainly licensees of world's big departmental stores.
Research And Development
With the constant developments and up dating plants and machinery as per markets trend, we are leader in manufacturing knitted fabrics in Gujarat state. With developing new fashion fabrics, as per market demand, we lead the markets. Also in Ahmedabad, institutes like L.D. College of Engineering, National Institute Of Fashion Technology (NIFT), National Institute of Design (NID) and Centre for Enterprenureship Development (CED), we give training to students. Students work for their yearly projects on different subjects and we also get ideas of latest trends and develop new varieties accordingly.
